Your enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Course materials are intended for your personal use only and should not be shared or redistributed.
Access to all course materials will be granted after payment is processed. If you miss a session, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule it
To keep the course up-to-date and effective, content may be revised or adjusted at any time to better serve participants.
The course fee must be paid in full before the start date. Please note that any transaction or processing fees are your responsibility.
We strive to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
Once enrolled, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances
In the rare case that we need to cancel the course, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session at no additional cost.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method you initially used.
If you’d like to reschedule to a different session of the same course, you can request a transfer up to 7 days before the start date. This is subject to availability.
Please note that certain fees, including administrative costs and material expenses, are non-refundable. If you have already accessed significant course content before requesting a refund, there may be a partial deduction.
