- Your enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Course materials are intended for your personal use only and should not be shared or redistributed.
- Access to all course materials will be granted after payment is processed. If you miss a session, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule it
- To keep the course up-to-date and effective, content may be revised or adjusted at any time to better serve participants.
- The course fee must be paid in full before the start date. Please note that any transaction or processing fees are your responsibility.
- We strive to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.
- Once enrolled, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances
- In the rare case that we need to cancel the course, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session at no additional cost.
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method you initially used.
- If you’d like to reschedule to a different session of the same course, you can request a transfer up to 7 days before the start date. This is subject to availability.
- Please note that certain fees, including administrative costs and material expenses, are non-refundable. If you have already accessed significant course content before requesting a refund, there may be a partial deduction.
